The TRLi Series – True flexibility and advanced automated control features allow you to concentrate on your application and not operating the laser.

The TRLi Series offers energies up to 850mJ and repetition rates up to 300Hz. This series offers a fully birefringence compensated pulsed laser systems with both high energy and high repetition rate outputs. Its twin-rod architecture ensures high beam homogeneity even at very high average power outputs. The TRLi is designed to suit demanding industrial applications with a sealed laser head machined from solid aluminium, ultra stable mirror mounts and industry-leading lamp lifetimes. Resonator options include unstable Gaussian-coupled, stable, and stable-telescopic configurations, allowing for a multitude of applications.

TRLi DPSS

Fully Diode Pumped Compact High Energy Pulsed Nd:YAG Lasers with a Large Range of Intelligent Accessories

Energies available up to 300mJ at 1064nm.

Repetition rates of 100Hz to 300Hz.

Harmonics available 532nm, 355nm, 266nm & 213nm.

The TRLi DPSS range is based around Litron’s birefringence compensating twin-rod resonator, giving high homogeneity output beams. The laser resonator is housed in a body machined from solid aluminium to ensure high mechanical and optical integrity.

State-of-the-art diode pump modules and extremely low current-ripple electronics give rise to outputs with industry leading stabilities of better than 0.2% RMS at 1064nm over a six-hour period.

High Energy Lasers in a Compact Package Designed for Multitude of Applications

The super-Gaussian resonator configuration provides the lowest values for divergence and M2 and delivers the highest efficiencies from harmonics. The output beam is ideal for applications requiring uniform concentrated energy in the smallest focused spot size.

Super-Gaussian Coupled Compact High Power Pulsed Nd:YAG Lasers

Energies available up to 350mJ at 1064nm.

Repetition rates of 30Hz to 50Hz.

Harmonics available 532nm, 355nm, 266nm & 213nm.

The Super-Gaussian resonator configuration provides the lowest values for divergence and M2 and delivers the highest efficiencies from harmonics. The output beam is ideal for applications requiring uniform concentrated energy in the smallest focused spot size. The high power super-Guassian coupled options incorporate water to water cooling.

Compact High Energy Pulsed Nd:YAG Lasers with Stable Telescopic Resonators

Energies available up to 850mJ at 1064nm.

Repetition rates of 10Hz to 20Hz.

Harmonics available 532nm, 355nm, 266nm & 213nm.

The stable telescopic resonator has a very low divergence low M2 multimode output. This provides an ideal beam for applications where output will be used in the near field and a smoother unfocused spatial profile is required.

Compact High Repetition Rate Pulsed Nd:YAG Lasers with Stable Resonators

Energies available up to 320mJ at 1064nm.

Repetition rates of 50Hz to 200Hz.

Harmonics available 532nm, 355nm, 266nm & 213nm.

The stable telescopic resonator has a very low divergence low M2 multimode output. This provides an ideal beam for applications where output will be used in the near field and a smoother unfocused spatial profile is required.
