Research Grade Optical Table Top

Our research grade optical tables offer the finest performance level of broadband damping  that effectively minimizes relative displacement in a wide frequency; therefore, users can use our optical tables for the most challenging applications. The research grade optical tables provide the same features as the scientific grade optical tables, but with the higher structural damping level, increased elastic selection modulus and improved rigidity. 

Scientific Grade Optical Tabletop

DAEIL’s scientific grade optical table is based on the broadband standard damping which minimizes relative displacement in a wide frequency, offering a promised performance and quality for extensive applications. The scientific grade optical table provides the same features as the research grade optical table but with reduced structural damping level.

Non-magnetic Stainless Steel Optical Top

Non-magnetic stainless steel optical top is made of 304 series non-magnetic stainless steel for clean rooms and non-magnetic applications. The non-magnetic stainless steel optical top provide same features and benefits that are present on the research grade optical tops. The stainless steel optical top features the finest performance level of broadband damping that effectively minimizes relative displacement in a wide frequency, superior structural damping level and ultimate rigidity.

Optical Table Supports

Pneumatic Supports  (Tie-Bar Type)

The primary goal of designing vibration isolators is to lower the natural frequency of isolators as low as possible, in order to filter ambient vibrations in buildings, before the vibrations can reach and disturb the optical tops. Our integrated pneumatic supports achieve in isolating the low frequency vibrations through the dual-chamber pneumatic isolators and outstanding damping technology. 

Rigid Supports  (Tie-Bar Type)

Integrated rigid supports provide high load capacities at affordable price. Rubber pads of the rigid supports offer a basic vibration isolation where customers’ applications are not sensitive to vibrations. 

Pneumatic Supports  (Self-Standing Type)

25, 50 and 100 mm thick honeycomb breadboards offer the superior performance level of the broad banding and rigidity that effectively minimizes relative displacement in a wide frequency, ensuring a promised performance and quality for a variety of purposes.

 

DSAP Aluminium Optical Plates

Our aluminium optical plates offer a solid and black anodizing surface with a grid of M6 (1/4-20) mounting holes for end-users’ components. The black anodizing surface reduces reflection of lights and prevents the optical plates from turning rusty or corroded. 

12 mm and 15 mm thick aluminium optical plates is a optimal solution for mounting applications that does not require critical vibration damping.

Accessories

DOTS Overhead Optical Table Shelf System

DOTS series, Overhead Optical Table Shelf Systems offer spaces  where end-users can conveniently and easily store their power suppliers, controllers, oscilloscopes, computers and other instruments. The height of shelves can be easily adjusted and a hanging under shelves option can be installed at desired locations in addition for extra storage.

Joined Table System

  • Our joined table systems enable multiple tables to be joined end-to-end, side-to-side, side-to-end, or mixed configurations to form long and wide “L”, “T”, or “Cross” shaped tables.

  • In general, the joined table systems are manufactured as matched sets and supplied as complete systems.

  • Joining the optical top with different thickness provides multiple heights of work surfaces.

  • Ideal for large and multiple tables that are difficult to move around or install.

  • All joined optical tables are delicately assembled and tested in our factory to ensure the flatness of the joined tables, shipped as dismantled for on site assembly.

DOTY Table Yoke

Our optical table yokes enable end-users to connect two optical tables together easily, making the optical table statically rigid and dynamically well damped. The coupled tables can be supported with either vibration-isolating or rigid supports. The table assembly and disassembly is easy, requiring only open end wrenches. The yoke coupled optical table options is available at a reasonable price. 

DOTE Table Enclosure

  • Built with durable aluminum frames and acrylic panels, our optical table enclosures protect sensitive instruments from acoustic vibrations, thermal gradients and lights.

  • The frames can be either installed directly onto the optical tops or free standing on the floor.

  • Sliding or hinged doors, overhead shelves and holes for electric cables as options are available.

  • Supplied dismantled for a field assembly.

  • Different sizes, materials and optional items are available upon customers’ requirements.

 

DCB Clean Booth

Our clean booth is especially designed to be easily dissembled and reassembled on site so that end-users can install the clean booth at desired locations. Air circulators and air filters are installed  on the roof of the clean booth and the booth is covered with anti-static vinyl curtains to maintain positive pressures ,and furthermore, the vinyl curtains block outside air to keep the filtered and clean air.

Dark Booth

  •  The aluminum frame that covered with blackout curtains offering 99.99% light isolation for the experiments that are sensitive to lights such as image measurements, exposure testings and optical experiments.

  • Fluorescent lights or LED penlights accessories are convenient for adjusting or checking equipment in the dark booths.

  • Our compact and simple design of dark booths allows  easy installation and disassembly.

  • At customers’ requirements, we offer various configurations of dark booths with different options.
