Built-In control system: PLC-based system with RS 232/485 port with LCD graphic display and input/monitoring control panel with audio visual indicators and 2-way communication between machine and computer configuration. The system is provided with serial port data logging of inlet/outlet temp, hot air flow rate, feed pump flow rate, and unlimited recipe storage.
