High Resolution Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy | | | | This platform is designed for contactless conductivity detection on a microfluidic chip (lab-on-a-chip) to be connected to a C4D unit. Capillary electrophoresis (CE) is the basis for the most successful Lab-on-a-Chip applications. For samples which are difficult to separate with HPLC, such as small polar compounds, CE has already proven to be a highly useful technology. CE has no moving parts, uses little sample, is fast and gives quantitative results. Microchip CE facilitates easy sample injection and allows integrated detection such as conductivity detection. | | INPHAZE offers a new type of high-resolution electrical impedance spectroscopy (HiRes EIS) for the study of thin films and layers and allows the resolution of much thinner layers, within a surface, than conventional EIS instrumentation can provide.
The INPHAZE system has a phase resolution of 0.001 degrees and has applications in many areas.
